We provide both remote and on-site support for all equipment we supply. The level and type of support will vary according to the needs of each organisation.
Our usual remote support offering is where there is one IT person in house responsible for first line support to non- technical users. We are there to help where additional technical expertise is needed or where there is insufficient time available for in house personnel to deal with a particular task.
As well as support we also provide a monitoring service to pre-empt server problems and to check that backups are functioning correctly.
On-site support is sometimes needed where a system has lost its network connection and means that the remedy can only be accomplished by direct access.
