Vendor Relationships

Who we deal with as well as what they manufacture is important.

To allow us to understand the overall benefits of any product we need to have a good working relationship with the manufacturer and their distributor.

Issues will and do arise where we need the Vendor to respond effectively. More often than not this will be behind the scenes where the final outcome never comes to your attention.  As an example there may be a shortage of the equipment ordered through the normal supply channel – a call to the manufacturer’s representative who has overall stock visibility will introduce us to an alternative supply to ensure delivery is not delayed.

Direct contact with manufacturers allow us to resolve technical issues where only the manufacturer’s technical staff have the in depth knowledge of the product that is needed.

Our strong vendor relationships allow us to deliver IT goals and achieve cost savings.
